Class Options by Age Group and Schedule
Baby Ballet
Our Baby Ballet program is specially designed for toddlers and preschoolers aged 2 to 4 years. This engaging introductory class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of ballet through imaginative activities, storytelling, and music exploration. Children learn in a nurturing environment that encourages creativity and confidence. Parents or caregivers are welcome to observe, fostering a sense of comfort and support.
The program emphasizes building coordination, strengthening muscles, and enhancing physical development while also nurturing communication, socialization, and emotional growth. Baby Ballet is a perfect first step into the world of dance and movement.
What Students Will Learn:
Baby dancers will develop foundational skills to prepare for future dance opportunities. Lessons focus on:

Pre-Ballet
The Pre-Ballet class serves as an engaging and structured introduction to classical ballet for children aged 5½ to 7. Through dynamic and playful activities, young dancers enhance their physical skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Ballet 1
Ballet 1 is designed for young dancers who have completed beginner ballet levels and possess a foundational understanding of basic ballet terminology and barre exercises. This class builds on that knowledge, delving deeper into the origins of ballet, technique refinement, musical phrasing, and body alignment.
Dancers will engage with dynamic movements and practice step combinations that gradually progress from slow, deliberate motions to small jumps and turns. This level focuses on enhancing coordination, strength, and the overall quality of ballet technique.

Ballet II
Ballet II is designed for dancers who have mastered foundational ballet skills and are ready to progress to more advanced techniques and concepts. This class offers a deeper exploration of ballet terminology, body alignment, and musicality, with an increased focus on precision and artistry.
Students will engage in structured classes that emphasize proper body placement, coordination, and dynamic movements. This level introduces more complex combinations at the barre and center, while incorporating steps that require strength, balance, and fluidity. Through consistent practice, dancers will develop the technical ability and artistic expression necessary to elevate their performance.
In addition to physical training, the class fosters a greater understanding of musical phrasing and its relationship to movement, encouraging dancers to connect emotionally with their routines. Ballet II prepares students for higher-level ballet training and performance opportunities.
